GripKnead Shipping & Delivery Policy

Pre-Order Product
GripKnead™ is currently in development and has not yet entered mass production. Orders placed during our launch period are pre-orders and will not ship immediately.

Estimated Fulfillment
Production and delivery dates are estimates and may change as we complete product development, manufacturing, quality control and logistics arrangements.

We will provide customers with updates regarding significant changes to the expected fulfillment timeline.

A more specific estimated shipping timeframe will be communicated as production progresses.

Shipping Destinations
GripKnead intends to serve customers in multiple countries. Available shipping destinations will be shown during checkout.

If we are unable to ship to your destination, we may cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

Shipping Costs
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees imposed by the destination country. Unless stated otherwise during checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Address Changes
Because pre-orders may be placed well before shipment, customers may request an address change before their order is dispatched.

Contact gripknead@gmail.com with your order number and updated shipping information. We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has entered the shipping process.

Tracking
When tracking is available, shipping confirmation and tracking information will be provided after your order has been dispatched.

Delays
International shipping may experience delays caused by customs processing, carriers, weather, local authorities or other circumstances outside our direct control.
